Playing for Fun, Spending on Purpose: Palace Casino Responsible Gambling
Play only from 18+, knowing the deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion and reality checks in every Palace Casino account.
What You Gain by Knowing These Numbers
This block settles the age, the licence and the people to contact when something needs changing.
Choose the Controls That Fit Your Evening
In the Palace Casino account, each control is a few taps away, and setting one early is the house habit we recommend.
Before play, not after
Set the edge first
Watching the clock for you
Take a full break
Keep the figures visible
Signed in, then settings
Sign in with your email address and open the settings area of the account. Check that the personal details shown are correct before you change anything.
Three kinds of cap
Choose between a deposit limit, a loss limit or a session time reminder. Read the description beside each one, because they work in different ways.
Choose the stretch
Pick how long the limit should run, then look at the figures once more. Pick a period you can hold to, not one you will want lifted within the hour.
Confirmation in the account
Save the change and wait for the confirmation to appear in your account. If anything looks wrong, contact the support team before you play again.
Catch the shift before it costs you
Play stops being fun when it starts borrowing time, money or sleep from the rest of your life. Seeing that shift early keeps the choice in your hands, and a limit or a short pause is the first step worth taking.
None of these is a verdict. They are simply things worth naming honestly to yourself.
- Chasing a loss with another deposit on the same night
- Depositing money you had set aside for bills
- Keeping your play quiet from people close to you
- Playing longer than the session you planned
- Borrowing to keep the account topped up
- Feeling restless or flat when you are not playing
- Telling yourself one more round will settle it
Reach a real person when play stops feeling light

Pick how long your break should last
Set a short break now. A time-out is the lighter break, made for hours or days away from the tables. You start it inside your Palace Casino account and the block lifts on its own when the chosen stretch ends. Nothing is deleted, but the account stays closed for play until then.
Out for the long stretch. Longer and firmer than a pause, self-exclusion in your account shuts out play for an extended period. You choose the length when you start it and it holds until that period runs out. Reaching us to reverse it early is not possible.
Government-wide exclusion. Australia runs its own national register, BetStop, managed by the Australian Government through ACMA. Registration lasts at least 3 months, may extend to a lifetime, and stops licensed wagering providers from taking your bets or sending you marketing. Sign up at the register's site, roughly 5 minutes, or bring a support person with you; ending it early is only possible after 3 months and a statutory declaration that you have seen a counsellor or GP. betstop.gov.au
